M/s Pavan Associates are the architects of the upcoming project. The structural engineer of the grand enclave is Rajashekar Kakareddi.

5. What are the amenities in the enclave?

KNS Candrill has more than 30 world-class amenities. It has a grand 10,000-square- foot clubhouse. It has play courts, a yoga deck, an amphitheater, a giant chess space, and a kid’s play park.

6. When is the project to be completed?

The project is being built in phases. Phase 1 was launched in September 2024. It will be completed by October 2028.

7. What is the process of booking a plot in the project?

After meeting with the sales team, buyers can select their chosen plots. The form for booking is to be filled out. KYC documentation is to be provided. The booking amount of 10% is to be paid by cheque/DD in favor of KNS Infra. Allotment will be confirmed upon submission of necessary documents.

8. What is the process post-booking?

Buyers must provide postdated checks for the remaining installments. These are to be provided within 15 days of the initial payment. A letter of allotment will then be given.

9. Are the payments to be made on a fixed timeline?

Yes, the installments are to be paid according to a schedule. PDCs are held as collateral for home loans. These will be returned on possession.

11. Is KNS Candrill RERA approved?

Yes, the project is RERA-approved. It has a registration number of PRM/KA/RERA/1250/301/PR/050924/007000.

12. What if the development of the enclave is delayed?

The trustworthy builder is known for completing its projects on time. There will be compensation paid for any delay that happens because of reasons beyond the company’s control. This will be as per RERA guidelines.

13. What are the additional charges to be paid for KNS Candrill?

Charges for BWSSB, advance maintenance, sinking fund, generator, and registration and stamp duties are additional costs. Other applicable charges are also to be paid. GST charges are also collected on the booking amount and installments.
